If you want your Cero One account deleted, email us from the address connected to the account so we can verify the request.

Send one email to start the request.
What to send
Email ops@getceroone.com with the subject line "Cero One account deletion request".
Send the request from the email address connected to your Cero One account. If you cannot access that email address, include enough information for us to review ownership safely.
What happens next
We will verify the request, confirm any follow-up details, and proceed with deletion. We may retain limited records where needed for billing, security, legal, or operational reasons.
Before deleting
A few useful notes.
Deleting your account may remove starts, return points, preferences, and app history connected to that account.
Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate steps. If you have a paid plan, include that in your request.
After deletion is complete, we may not be able to restore account data.
