Effective June 6, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Use apply when you access or use Cero One, including the public website and app. By using Cero One, you agree to these terms.

What Cero One does

Cero One is a task-initiation tool. It helps you create one clear start, use a five-minute start timer, save return points, and review patterns that may help you start, continue, and return.

Cero One is not designed for urgent situations or professional support needs. If you need immediate help, use appropriate local services or qualified professionals.

Accounts

You may need an account to use Cero One. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for activity under your account. Contact ops@getceroone.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Subscriptions and billing

Cero One offers Free, Starter, and Pro plans. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Prices, plan details, taxes, and billing cadence are shown before checkout.

Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel from the app billing area, or contact ops@getceroone.com for help.

Your content

You keep ownership of the task, start, return point, preference, and other content you provide. You give Cero One permission to use that content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Cero One. This includes:

  • Trying to access accounts, systems, or data without permission.
  • Interfering with the reliability or security of the service.
  • Using Cero One to violate the rights of others or applicable law.
  • Copying, reselling, or reverse engineering the service except where allowed by law.

Intellectual property

Cero One, including its name, design, product concepts, text, visual assets, software, and brand elements, belongs to Cero One or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service.

Changes to Cero One

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of Cero One as the product evolves. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion from the account deletion page. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons.

Disclaimers and limits

Cero One is provided as available. We work to keep it useful and reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit every need. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cero One is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
